We are pleased to announce that we are able to make a third and final distribution to class members as part of the class action settlement. The final distribution will be $455,755, which is all of the money remaining in the bankruptcy estate. Pursuant to the Court’s order, class members will receive a pro rata portion of these funds. As a result of this action, the settlement fund has distributed a total of $2,655,755.
The settlement administrator, Rust Consulting, has told us that they anticipate the checks will be mailed on or shortly after April 3, 2020.
