Dear Former Avantair Employees:
We are very pleased to report that we are able to make another distribution to the class of former Avantair Employees.
In the near future, members of the class will be paid a pro rata portion of $1,000,000 for unpaid wages, including WARN Act damages, subject to employee and employer withholding, court approved fees and costs. Class members will also receive tax documentation reflecting the payment.
We do not know if there will be more money in the bankruptcy estate for an additional payment to class members, and if there is an additional payment, we do not know when it will occur and we do not know how much money employees might receive from any additional payment.
