On September 21, the Court entered an Order Granting Final Approval of Class Action Settlement, Certifying Class for Settlement Purposes Only, Appointing Class Representative and Class Counsel, and Granting Related Relief.
We are pleased with this Order and believe this to be a good settlement for the former employees of Avantair. As the settlement remains contingent upon other matters in the greater bankruptcy case, it will take time to receive the funds which will be distributed pursuant to the settlement. We remain involved in the bankruptcy proceedings and will update this page as the case progresses.
