The Court has preliminary approved a settlement between former employees and Avantair who were terminated as part of a mass layoff/plant shutdown. All class members will receive a Notice of this settlement at their last known address. At this time, we do not know exactly how much each class member will receive as payment nor do we know exactly when class members will receive the payment(s). We will update this page when we have more information.
